What We Collect

When you use the contact form on this site to request a free consultation, we collect the information you provide — typically your name, email address, phone number, and any message you enter. This information is submitted through our scheduling and contact tool, GoHighLevel, and is used only to respond to your inquiry and, if you become a client, to provide bookkeeping services.

This site does not currently use cookie-based analytics or advertising trackers.

How We Use It

  • To respond to consultation requests and questions submitted through the contact form
  • To schedule and communicate about bookkeeping, payroll, and related services
  • To send service-related communications to current clients

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties except the service providers (such as GoHighLevel) that help us operate the contact form and, for active clients, the accounting and payroll tools used to deliver bookkeeping services.

Client Financial Information

If you become a Trinity Bookkeeping client, your financial and business records are handled according to the terms of your individual service agreement, with the same care and confidentiality expected of any professional bookkeeping relationship. Details of that handling are covered in your service agreement, not this website privacy policy.

Your Rights

You can request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or request that it be deleted, by emailing kc@trinitybookstx.com. We’ll respond as promptly as we can.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as the business grows or as our tools change. The “last updated” date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision.
